"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and put a damper on our trip. From the moment we arrived, the AC in our room did not work and was never resolved during our stay. We had immediately reported the issue given we were travelling with a baby and couldn’t have her sleep in the heat. They sent the same maintenance guy twice (with no tools) who just looked at the AC from afar. They were only able to send a specialist after we left. My baby was unable to sleep given the heat. We ended up making her sleep with my in-laws in another apartment. Our room was on the top floor/terrace level. While the view was beautiful, the location of the room made the situation even more difficult, as the heat was much more noticeable. The number of stairs was also challenging with multiple pieces of luggage, and a baby/stroller, something guests should be aware of when booking. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also disappointing. We had issues with the condition of the bedding, including finding our baby’s sheets damaged/dirty and our own sheets with a questionable stain. The sheets were eventually changed, but this added to an already frustrating experience. We also experienced issues with the Wi-Fi, which was only resolved halfway through our stay. We appreciate that the staff communicated with us and attempted to help, but the problems were significant and affected a large portion of our trip. The compensation offered afterward did not at all feel proportionate to the issues."
