「Very convenient. Staff is helpful.」

「Zimmer klein aber sauber, Zimmer recht hellhörig, Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut, Parkplätze in der Anlage vorhanden, Personal freundlich, Mietwagen aufgrund der Lage außerhalb Ostuni zwingend erforderlich. Keine Möglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe /fußläufig zum Abendessen」

「Helpful friendly staff, great location, nicely appointed rooms, restaurant was excellent, very good value overall.」

「Everything about our stay was PERFECT. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful establishment with real history to appreciate, and the location is walkable to everything in Ostuni. Every inch of the hotel was clean, the linens always smelled subtly of fresh lavender, and the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 experience. I’ll be recommending this to friends and family traveling to Puglia.」

「Property is nice enough, clean and comfortable. Location is pretty good and central. Where the hotel falls down is the service from the staff. There was little assistance in terms of advice of how to get from the station to the airport. Also, an iron was requested for the room but despite promises never arrived. Property good, staff service and friendliness a little lacking.」

「A perfect stay at Casa Baldassarre. The room was clean and welcoming, and self check-in was really easy. Alessandra was very kind and always available on WhatsApp. Great location, with parking and breakfast at Bar Nepenta just a few steps away. Highly recommended!」

「The location is great for walking around the city, once you find it. The property relies entirely of WiFi, which some times is poor in Ostuni. It is virtually impossible to drop off your luggage in front of the hotel, which is on a dead end street, meaning you will need to precariously back out on a tiny street filled with crowds of people if you find it. This is especially tough for single travelers. Once you do arrive you will need to contact the virtual staff to enable entrance through WiFi...

「Very good location, property as descrided, parking close, building with character. 」

「Ostuni is magnificent and to be able to stay in the heart of it is unbelievable」

「Fantastic apartment with 180degree views」

「We enjoyed our stay here overall. Bathrooms were very clean, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to watch the sunset and swallows swooping about. It is fairly easy to park on the surrounding streets but don’t drive to the property itself if you have a big car as you could get stuck. Most things you’d need are provided including water which was appreciated. The local area has small shops with very friendly and helpful proprietors - we enjoyed shopping for local produce to take back to the...

「Mold in bathroom, bidet broken, old food left in appliance smelled. Apartment was beautiful well decorated.」
