「The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.」

「Enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the decor throughout. Clean rooms, the bathroom was awesome in our room. The room we had was second floor and was oceanview with balcony, beautiful. We kept doors open at night for fresh air, very noisy with traffic but the sound of waves was lovely. There on a Friday Saturday night so it's to be accepted and sleeping with earplugs makes it okay. Bed was comfortable. Awesome breakfast! I'd stay again if ever in the area again....

「The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean, but the natural gas smell was awful. It smelled like natural gas outside the room and it seeped into the room giving me a headache. We brought it to the attention of the hotel, but they said that was normal, no danger to us. We asked if we could get the fan turned on to remove the smell from our room, but they said they couldn’t until April 1st…will not be returning to this property 」

「I would definitely come here again. The owners/staff were wonderful and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and with a great seaview. It is a short walk to the piazzas, restos and shopping. The parking fee is worth it since there is nowhere to park in the city unless you are a resident. Once we arrived, we did not use our rental car again until it was time to leave. If you are going to Taormina, I highly recommend this charming, very personal hotel. Seeing Mt. Etna was a treat. 」

「Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist abenteuerlich in den Felsen von Castelmola integriert. Die Aussicht auf den Ätna möchte ich durchaus als spektakulär bezeichnen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Gratistransfer nach- und von Taormina wird 2 x täglich angeboten. Wir empfehlen bei Bedarf einen Parkplatz zu buchen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden und das Brot (ortsüblich) eine Zumutung. Trotzdem: UNBEDINGT HINFAHREN!!!」
