「整間飯店的工作人員都非常友善，樂於助人❤️ 飯店距離熱鬧的卡倫海灘不遠，步行可到。附近有許多餐廳可以選擇，商店及藥局也一應俱全。 我們入住後，孩子就因為感冒病了，所以無法好好享受設施與環境。為了照顧孩子我們幾乎都待在飯店裡面，直到退房當天孩子好多了，但旅遊也結束了😂 感謝飯店服務人員對於我們的關心！」

「I have booked this resort reason for the Phuket Marathon, this resort is nearby the starting point of the Marathon event. The resort has a good view of the beach, there are many facilities, such as fitness centre, swimming pool, restaurant and club house. I would appreciated that the resort can provide early check in for us. Then, we can drop down the luggage and visit attractions smoothly. Last but not least, the staff are very helpful and nice! We did not know how to going to the gym room, so...

「On the last night of my stay, the water from the tap was all brown and black when I took a shower. I complained to the front desk, but the staff just responded indifferently, saying something about pipe maintenance. Shouldn’t the hotel at least inform guests that dirty water might come out after pipe work? There’s absolutely no service quality at all. Very disappointing. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. In addition, there’s a serious insect problem here, with lots of ants and worms...

「房間冷氣不夠」

「We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again.」
