Two hotel rooms on the lower floor smelt heavily of mould, even after blasting one room with the ac and opening the doors. After 3 or 4 repeated requests we were moved to a non mouldy smelling room, which was quite good. If the above problem/s were resolved I think it’d be a good place to stay when at a low or moderate price.

Relaxing Time w/ Kid

Went with kid. Stayed in a suite. Aircon in room took awhile to get cold. The living area Aircon was good. The flooring is moist though. Overall was a nice relaxing stay.

Central location, with a shuttle service to the central Sukhumvit street. Roomy apartment style accommodation with kitchenette.. Excellent staff service. Rooms are clean. The Nespresso machine in the lobby (free) is a nice touch. Highly recommended.

It was lovely peaceful at night but lots going on in the area. Transport on time everytime to the beach if you did not want to walk. Breakfast good typical asian but fruit and eggs on offer. Staff very lovely and helpful especially Milk and her colleagues.

Great place, I will be back.

After getting past the frustration of having to show my proof of booking even though they have it in their system (still don't understand this), and having to pay a cash deposit (are we stuck in 2010?) the room was lovely, the environment nice, the location great and the staff superb. There was an issue when the tried to renegade twice on an agreement for pricing at a party at their restaurant,, an argument happened but in the end they backed down. Without these silly, stressful, and for that last one quite unethical, issues I would have given the hotel 5 stars. But 4 stars it is. I will still again if I am in the area. Thank you to the following staff for their wonderful service. Whan, Nam, Palm and Att.

Must improve English communication. Room stinks mold. Was terrible. No words to classify the bed. Never slept in a mattress so uncomfortable. Breakfast is really poor. Wekata hotel looks like 4stars by the building, however do not deserve more than 2stars. Our stay should end on 14th. Decided to make early finish in our trip on 13th due hotel quality. Received fruits as “apologies”… there’s no cutlery in the room… Last: a “4 stars hotel” do not accept credit card. The yer is 2025!!! Have to make a deposit as part of check in… I’m perplex. This is not informed when made the reservation, this must be highlighted! 30h of journey back home was more confortable than sleep in that bed that seems old mattress updside-down.

This is a new hotel, furniture and beds are low quality and I predict that lots of fitting will fall apart. Generally the staff are helpful but are controlled by the management who are never available. My room only got cleaned once a week. The rooftop pool is good but it can only be used by around 10 people and the We Garden pool is mainly in the shade, again with only room for about 12 beds.

We enjoyed our stay. Our favorite thing was the breakfast, so many choices and excellent service. We were not impressed with the internet because we kept getting kicked off and had to sign on again, not sure if it was the location of our room or throughput the resort. We also had an issue with the electricity in our room, it kept tripping the circuit and then we didn’t have power at all. We loved the walk ability of the area and all of the food cart options nearby, very cheap meals. The pathway directly to the beach that we loved last time was closed so we had to walk around which was a couple of blocks but fine. The front desk people really wanted to help when we talked to them but there was a language barrier.

Bra hotell med ett bra läge!

Bra hotell som ligger i ett lugnt område i Kata. Mycket bra frukost med mycket att välja på. Mycket varmrätter inklusive en omelettkock som fixade vad man önskade. Personalen alltid vänliga och tillmötesgående. Städningen fungerade bra nästan alla dagarna, undantaget var när städerskan hade många rum som det hade checkats ut från samma dag, då hann hon inte med att städa vårt rum i ”normal tid”. Men förövrigt så gjorde städerskan ett mycket bra jobb. Det finns 3 olika pooler att välja på. 2 pooler på taken och en på marknivå. Gymmet hade tillräckligt med utrustning, utrustningen borde dock uppdateras till något nyare. Majoriteten av hotellgästerna talade ett språk från östra Europa. Väldigt få Skandinavier/Nordbor över huvudtaget i Phuket verkar det som. Hotellet i sen helhet, får ett gott betyg.
