The room was £25 per night which is more than fair but too be honest it still was awful. My biggest issue was cleanliness...the bathroom was disgusting to say the least. Everywhere you looked there were stains and the smell was unbearable. There was an electric box that hummed constantly and sounded like it was going to explode. Iv stayed in countless hostels all over the world and this place was worst than the bad ones. Staff were friendly but you get what you pay for I suppose....

Light was broken in room, furniture was extremely dated and in an instance held together with caution tape, mattress was broken, blankets and towels were dirty, no one working front desk, entire place smelt of smoke, sink didn’t function properly, the walls were clearly fake and just thrown together as I could see daylight through cracks and hear a birds nest above the bathroom. Pretty bad.

It’s an amazing location and right next to a restaurant that rents mopeds. The Little Mermaid staff gave me space and didn’t talk to me much, which I prefer. The staff at the place next door were very helpful and the food was good. I only ate once at the guesthouse and it was a burger and it was the best bacon burger I had in Thailand. Kind of wish I tried more food there. I had a room with a window, so I could open the window for light, but at night, the light in the room was very gloomy. Room cleaning was good on the days it was done. I asked when my room would be cleaned one day and was told, “she’s not coming today”. The water pressure was a drizzle and pretty annoying trying to get conditioner out of my hair. But the location was great! My siblings and their families stayed up a massive hill. And the little mermaid, was a straight and almost flat walk to the beach!

Omodernt hotell

Sängen var så hård att man behöver 5 massager efter för att slippa ha ont i kroppen vi sov 3 timmar sen hade vi så ont i kroppen, omodernt, vi hade bokat för 3 men ingen extra säng till barnet och i stora sängen var det bara bäddat för 2. Skåp luckan hade lossnat och låg i själva skåpet, rummet luktade fukt, och kylskåpet var smutsigt utanpå. Fanns bara trappor ingen hiss att tillgå så fick bära upp barnvagn och all packning är glad att vi bara bodde där 1 natt men i vårt tycke var det 1 natt för mycket Kommer inte bo där igen.

Ein kleines Guesthouse direkt zentral gelegen mit gutem Restaurant. Es ist ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber einen wunderbaren Charme.

Det var gammalt , slitet och myror kröp överallt, mörkt och ofräscht. Och dessutom väldigt dyrt. Vart på många hotell i Thailand men den a vart den värsta.

Отличный бюджетный вариант проживания. Это реально очень дешево. Ежедневная уборка присутствовала, воду в номер давали каждый день. Кондиционер и холодильник морозят сильно. Места в номере достаточно. За время проживания ничего не пропало, хотя в сейф убирали не все и не всегда. Из минусов - муравьи и пыль в углах. Нам это было это не принципиально, в номере только спали. В первую ночь напротив номера шумела кафешка, в берушах этот вопрос был решен.

Was a bit strange as we did turn up to the address given but was then taken to a different venue up the road, no big deal just a bit strange. Room was basic but clean all you need for a short stop off, not far from the beach or restaurants bars and shops.
