We stay there for a transit night in Phuket Clean small hotel and nice staff Phuket old town at walking distance (around 10 minutes) A bit noisy as there is a street below

Close to old town with pool

Reasonably priced for a rather central, completely ok hotel with pool. Good and silent ac. Electronic safe. Quiet. Shower solution not the best. Plenty of restaurants around - especially Chinese.

It is a good facility for the price without any discovery. The rooms are spacious and clean. It would be better to have a room that does not face the street because of the noisy stores in the neighborhood at night.

No balcony, coffee is available at the common dining area along with the pool. Coffee and tea is on available in the room. Can be lively and loud from the surrounding bars and restaurants. Close to Old Town Phuket. A loud and rude guest was staying at the hotel blasting music at the evening time. The staff could control his behavior, but moved us to a different floor and room.

Hôtel sympa, à distance raisonnable du vieux Phuket à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Pas de choix dans le petit déjeuner. On vous sert un plateau avec 2 toasts, un œuf sur le plat et un petit bol de cornflakes. Rien d’autre, pas de thé mais juste du café soluble à l’eau chaude. Bref pas terrible. Le reste est ok

the front desk staff was really rude when checking in. he was asking to have our immigration slip (on top of our passport) to be able to check in even though we had not needed this at any other hotel we had checked into. They were not helpful when trying to get a cab either.

If you have to stay in Phuket town do stay in this hotel however I do not recommend staying in Phuket town.

Above and beyond

Made a last minute booking to stay over for an early AM appointment. Gentleman working the night shift was very polite, and informative. He was also helpful in communicating my request to the next shift. Much appreciated. Would stay again in a heart beat. Little noisy from surrounding venues, but I passed out immediately.

Recenta Express Stay

Everything was good. However, it was a hassle having to key in the username & password every day or so and sometimes on the same day to log into the wifi. It would be nice if only one log-in is required. Also wasting lot of paper even though the log-in details are printed on small pieces of paper.

Das Hotel ist sauber und modern eingerichtet gibt 24 Stunden kostenlosen Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Man braucht 10 min zu Fuß bis Innenstadt. Die Personalen sind sehr hilfreiche und geben Tipps um die Stadt zu erkunden.
