This place was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The bed was so comfortable it made our stay even better. I will def return. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised.

Hotel is right next to the Cebtrale mall and near a lot of local thai restaurants. About 10min drive to old town phuket. Only thing was that some people were smoking tobacco aand weed in the mutual pool area. If you have kids or dont want to be around that, avoid rooms with rhe pool view. Staff were kind and knowledgeable

We stayed here for one night because of the location. The Lomprayah bus stop is directly across from the front of the hotel. Very convenient. Hotel is really fancy with a great swimming pool, gym, sauna and laundry. A shopping mall is a 5 minute walk away with lots of food options.

Great for the Ferry

Very conveniently located to Lomprayah Phuket ferry Check in terminal which is why i stayed here. The terminal was a 60 second walk from the front door. I Was delighted to find that the hotel was very modern abd comfortable. Beautiful pool and really friendly staff. During the night i cold hear other hotel guests slamming bedroom doors. Rooms not very well i insulated. Also had to pay a cash deposit which i was unaware of and not had to do in a long while. However, had a lovely shower in the morning and kept cool all night with the air conditioning. Overall convenient location, great price and lovely staff.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen . We checked out after 2 hours of checking in once we noticed the AC was not working properly , there was dry blood stain on the bed sheet , the flooring was warped and uneven , the amenities were old and dirty

Das Hotel macht von außen einen guten Eindruck. Die Poolarea ist schön gestaltet, die Liegen sind größtenteils im Schatten. Es gibt einen angrenzenden Kinderpool. Es fehlt aber an Gastfreundschaft, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, wenn man mit ihnen im Gespräch ist, ansonsten kriegt man kaum ein Hallo zurück. Die Zimmer sind auf endlos langen Fluren angerichtet. Von früh bis spät knallen die Türen. Der Balkon ist mini, laut durch die Klimaanlage und ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Wir hatten eine ausgetretene Kippe unter dem einen Bett, unmengen an Haaren auf dem Boden, keine Handseife, kein Handtuch für die Hände, keine Poolhandtücher. Das ganze Hotel wirkt lieblos. Für 2 Nächte in Ordnung, länger hätte ich nicht bleiben wollen.

Extremely overated. Dirty saving money on cleaning no soap except in shower no tissues no hand towels no tea only 2 coffee satchels nothing around need to order GRAB food or walk 10 minutes to Central. Against management to give 2 keycards only one for 3 people in quad room.

We stay here 3 night and will never comeback. Poor service, ask for 50 bath for extra pilllow, no stairs in pool, impossible for old people to go in the pool. No towers at pool. No breakfast at hotel. Was 16 before clean up room and we have to call and tell them, call us 11:30 and ask why we don’t have check out! even when check out are 12???
