What an amazing Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, the food Devine and the views and pool in our pool villa were superb. The property does need a little maintenance in rooms but they are if the hugest standard in cleanliness so you can overlook this. We will definitely be back again.

不知所謂 完全沒有服務態度 尤其員工 簡直言語都不能形容 私人泳池 危險到不得了 泳池內磁磚 已經損毀 幾乎隻腳踩落去一定見血 本身酒店可以租車 唔知點解 日日都話畀你聽full咗 但係我親眼見到員工打眼色， 到第二日 我再問有冇車租 本來有一個員說還有 一架電單車。 但另一個 員工 同佢打眼色 之後又話full咗 仲好笑到叫我哋自己搭車去芭東海灘租車 電視有冇得睇 要員工整 佢望兩望就話冇辦法 叫你睇youtube 其實我第一日入住 我見到員工面口 都好醒目地派曬貼士 但係幫唔到幾多 我諗如果冇畀貼士 都唔知點算 仲有好多不滿意我都費事講啦 總之 千祈千祈唔好租這裏 真係會嘥咗你嘅 旅遊 心情 。 就算唔使錢送畀我住 。我打死都唔會再住

Amazing view with private pool

Even the location is far from Patong & Kamala beach, the view with sunset is amazing and excellent. Strongly recommend travellers for booking seaview room. One of improvement is only a bathtub without cover or doors so the floor is extremely wet after bath

Lovely view from private pool

Overall the room is big quite clean. Particularly love the private pool which has a great view for sunset. One turn down is that there is only a bath tub and no shower, and the water temperature and current is not stable. Location wise it is up on the hill that means going in and out requires extra transportation cost. Should add more shuttles for easier transport between patong beach and the resort.

如果淨住就可以因為很寧靜,但去芭東海灘就不太方便,如果想出去食東西和行街也要乘5-8分鐘車程(ㄧ定要乘車,因酒店在半山)而我每次出外工作人員也不會跟你說何時有免費車乘搭(因不太懂到check out時自己才看到有免費車乘)可能自己大意没看清楚但身為ㄧ個酒店員工也認清楚說明何時有免費車下山,而每次我只問它們想去哪它只說幾錢而没題及有專車下山,而且水壓嚴重不足,上網還時常段線

無奈的一次住宿

在hotel.com訂購了的房型是全海景，但去到就話我沒有訂購，只訂購普通房，已出示收據也沒有用，結果要我加錢，真係好無奈！最後加錢，只見職員自己收取了，連收據都出不到給我，是真的酒店收取？這令我十分懷疑 但無可否認，酒店的泳池是十分完美的。 但十分難吃的早餐和職員的行為，我不會再入住了

At check-in they said breakfast was part of our room. But later in the day said it was not and made us pay. It is also not clear that the hotel has NO restaurant. So while we didn't want to order the full breakfast (we usually want to do a simple a la carte of coffee and pastry) we had no other option. The customer service was pretty good with some minor issues. We requested a taxi and they forgot to call for it so we ended up waiting quite a while, we ordered breakfast to our room for a set time and it never arrived (they lost our breakfast paper so it had to be redone). We left the hotel before sunrise and there was no lighting near where the taxis pick up/entrance to the hotel, there was a step down I couldn’t see and nearly tripped. The view from the hotel was pretty and the pool was clean. The room had a musty smell and the bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. There is only a bath with a shower nozzle, no actual shower. This made it difficult to bathe as I had to hold the shower handle and constantly adjust the water temperature and power, it would fluctuate from extreme hot to warm and the water pressure would adjust from normal to extreme/painful. The hotel charged 1000 baht for a ride to the airport and they had a taxi they would call to take you to Patong for 350 when the shuttle wasn’t running. For a ride back from Patong taxis wanted 500 and tuk tuks 400, they complained about the drive up the steep hill.
