Dear EUNHEE. Allow me to offer you our deepest apologies for any problems you may of encountered during your stay. Your claim that staff are unhelpful is quite untrue, Mercury staff will always try and go above and beyond for the guest. Your claim about a first aid kit is also untrue, we have one at reception and one located at the pool area,and I am a qualified first aider, . Can you be more specific about why you feel the room is not worth the price so that I can give you an adequate answer. Yours Sincerely MR Sean

Obviously Phu Quoc is still a developing Island destination and facilities are not on par with other places you may have been to, however that is changing rapidly.
