SureStay InnSuites Phoenix Hotel & Suites by Best Western
Room was fine, but the "breakfast" was pretty minimal and the hot tub was inoperative. I've stayed at this property many times in the past but since it became SureStay it seems to have declined a bit. Front desk staff is hit or miss. You might get very friendly, and you might not.
