"Our 3 Day stay at the onsen was very relaxing. The staff was friendly and informative. The language barrier, though still present, wasn't much of an issue. The staff were quick with their phones to do a translation if needed. We recommend a 2 Day stay and visit the small village of Narada which is a 5 minute bus ride up the mountain. It's a small and quaint little village with engaging museums."

"Great stay at Toyoko Inn - there were shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel which was really convenient. Check in was smooth and the room was great too. Was able to see mt Fuji from my room too. Daily breakfast was delicious too - guests had 2 options (either Japanese or Western breakfast) to choose from. There were also some restaurants and convenient shops nearby.
Overall would recommend a stay here!"

"The vibe is like a home. It has a beautiful night city and sky view. This is a benefit of being on the outskirts of a city. The staff was helpful to schedule a taxi. The controls for lightning and air conditionier were hard to understand."
