My advices to everyone thinking to stay there please (DO NOT), horrible management staff as well as agent. Look closely to the cleaning as well, particularly bathroom. Good luck

My Place Hotel-Phoenix East Mesa AZ
New motel . Great location. Safe area. Will stay again. We stayed 3 nights and wish there would have been more than a single packet for just 1 cup of coffee... Also..key cards had to be re-done each day. That was a bit frustrating. Overall we were very pleased

Metro Tempe Extended Stay
The room was not spotless. We opened the cupboard only for a gallon of empty Bacardi plastic bottle to fall out. Guess they forgot to clean that area so dishes were skeptic to use
