The staff was great and helpful my only complain about this hotel is that the room was old you can tell by hot the bath tub looks, the bed was no comfortable and small, and there was no TV in the room. I have stayed at better looking Extended Stay's. This one was run down.

Great place to stay

The hotel was very safe, there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Uber drivers in the area were very friendly and so was the front desk staff. The beds are comfortable and were very clean.

Stayed in room 420 for one night. The room is infested with cockroaches! My shoes were sticking to the floor because it was dirty. The walls were dirty. The room smells like someone cooked fish in it. The AC unit was disgustingly dirty. This room has not had a proper cleaning in a VERY LONG TIME. This hotel needs a DEEP CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL IMMEDIATELY!! There are homeless people in the parking lot. Staff was nice. I informed housekeeping and the front desk upon checkout of the cockroaches, hopefully they do something about it since it's a health hazard. I would NOT stay here again even of I was paid for it.

The front desk clerk was great. We had a non smoking room, but it smelled of smoke. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, the stove hood vent needs to he replaced, and the elevator smelled like smoke.
