"The room was dirty, bathroom had dirty prints on the wall, the shower had a super slow drain with a disgusting drain with no cover, bubbled wall and ceiling above the shower that was leaking water out of it. Luke warm water and cold water only in the shower. "

"Convenient parking. Nice outdoor pool area. Our room had a kitchenette, which we didn’t need, but worked out since we had dinner leftovers to reheat. The plate was still soiled from the last guest. Floors need a regular mopping as our feet/socks turned black from them. We had been on the road for a month and this was by far the most expensive hotel and most disappointing. Husband also said breakfast was not great either. "

"Bathroom was fairly dirty with stains on the wall and a very dirty shower curtain. Also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. The rooms fridge had a broken leg and kept tipping forward. Was rough to deal with with a 11month old trying to stand up on it while it would tip forward. Ac controls were mostly all snapped off. Walls had a few big sections with holes and ripped off paint spots were things were moved from with no attempt to patch or paint over. "

"I normally don’t fill these forms out. Keep in mind while I’m on list. I could never make up. TV didn’t work on cable. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Light bulbs are missing in lamps. Room had a weird odor. Let everybody realize it was from the dishwasher drain. Water was leaking from the upper unit into our bathroom. The water leak was fixed that night. The rest of the deficiencies was fixed sometime the next day, the only good thing any interaction we had with the ladies at the front desk was great"
