「Feel safe」

「It was Amazing!!!will come back again. Thanks」

「The Expedia free breakfast was wonderful. Pool was really nice. It would have been nice if the corn hole and mini golf was accessible all the time, and you didn’t have to check out game items. Room was clean.」

「The room was filthy. 」

「Tru was a great experience. Nice beautiful rooms. Pool table available for guests.」

「Hotel was modern and clean. Rooms were spacious and bed and pillows quite comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also quite nice as well as the lawn furniture. The breakfast was bland lacking flavor for both days I experienced it. The hallways are lacking character compared to the lobby. The shower set hopes up to be a nice experience but was squashed by extremely low flow shower head that made the experience not great. Also the shower in multiple rooms seem to leak from the door sill. Overall...

「Value too much 」

「雖然有提供早餐，但是品項很少並沒有很合適亞洲人口味。房間床鋪很舒適，空間也很足夠。」

「The clerk at the desk did not know how to run our payment and had me calling my bank for nothing. About a half hour later a general manager came out and finally asked how she tried the payment. He finally tried my payment and it went through. She had no knowledge on how to run my payment. The staff have no customer skills and are not friendly at all.」

「It was not a true one bedroom suite but a big wall separate the room from each other. Min fridge no freezer inside it. Two uncomfortable chairs to sit on. Breakfast nothing special. Very quiet hotel.,great staff. Only one very small hot tub and small pool ,only 60 people. Not really a family hotel」

「I wish we would have known there were no elevators & that the grounds were hilly and difficult to navigate, especially to a group of 70+ seniors. One of our rooms was on the 2nd level, 29 stairs (outdoor steps) to our room. As it was a beautiful view we had to change that room the day after check in...as we realized we could not go up & down those steps for our 8 day stay We needed to go to the lobby to get ice, towels, toilet pape, etc. The pool area needed much improvement...no tables, no...

「The staff was fabulous, welcoming and explicit about charges. Loved the coffee/ tea station and the breakfast options. The bed and linens were super comfy and the lobby had a very modern/ funky vibe. The only thing I noticed was that the bathroom soap was missing and the facial tissues were empty, but the shower was stocked with very nice, allergy-friendly trio of shampoo conditioner and body wash. Would visit again!」
