This property staff was Great! For an airport property. The only suggestion, but would not change my mind from staying here is that it is a little outdated. I do understand upgrades or even remodeling takes coordination and money. I do hope that upper management would consider this property in the future. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and the condition of this hotel. The condition of the property is completely unacceptable and does not match what was advertised or what I paid for. The carpet is extremely dirty, old, and has a strong, disgusting odor. The entire hotel and my room smell bad, including a strong cigarette smell. There is constant noise, making it very difficult to sleep or rest. The room is also missing basic kitchen supplies and utensils, despite this being an extended-stay hotel. This is not the standard I expected and certainly not what I paid for. I consider these conditions unacceptable and I am requesting a significant refund for my stay. I would also like this complaint escalated to management. Please provide a prompt response and let me know how you intend to resolve this issue.
