Photos not accurate, had broken hair dryer, went to front desk for replacement and they said they “didn’t have extras” and “not all rooms have them”. Was disappointed in this stay.

Overall, the property was an average to good condition. The room was small, but the beds were comfortable. However, the fitness room needs some attention. If it just had some Pulley handles for the weight racks, exchange out the dumbbells that are over 40 pounds for a few more under 30 pounds, especially for women. The pool could be a little cleaner too. All that being said, it was still a decent value for the price.

The pictures are misleading for this hotel. Actually, it's more like a Motel 6 than a "Resort." The rundown condition of the hotel (peeling wallpaper, exposed lightbulbs, broken furniture, stained chairs, clogged pipes, poor air-conditioning etc) leaves a lot to be desired. The walls are thin, bed frame are plywood - the list goes on and on. I will not be staying here again and wouldn't really recommend it. Our bathroom had a constant sewage smell, and it is VERY SMALL - as in you cannot even undress/dress in it with the door closed. You can barely even turn around. The towel rack was broken off, the exhaust fan was covered in lint and it has one of those super low toilets. I am not sure this place is better than a $69/night Motel 6 or some other budget motel. Really disappointed.

My interaction with the staff was excellent! Chexk in simple. I had an issue with my room it was handled with coutesy, cate and great customer service. Check out, simple. Room cleanliness was ehhh. The room was not what I expected at the price paid. The carpet could use a good shampooing it was slick. The room was only surface cleaned.

Got a room with a jetted tub in the room. Unfortunately, when you drained the tub, the whole room smelled like a sewer. Pipes need cleaning or a good look at by a professional. Staff was extremely friendly and apologetic!!! They promptly moved us to another room, also with a jetted tub. Was too scared to use it. Will say the bathroom had a little bit of a funny smell as well in the morning. The room itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. Didn’t get to use the pool but it was beautiful and clean! Thank you to the staff for fixing the problem right away!

Beware! Stayed 5 nights & no hot water on 2 nights & 3 mornings. An on-going problem based on preview reviews. This is NOT a resort, just a basic motel with a larger pool. Bed & room was satisfactory. Ice machine did not function correctly, dispensing slowly & smaller pieces. Unable to reach anyone by phone during regular hours the day before arrival. Front Desk workers were not friendly. Hotel billed me 3 times for my reservation. Called Expedia to resolve (booked though them) & resolution is pending. Overall, a poor experience. Would not stay here again. Beware!!

The staff was great! Some areas needs some attention from ice machine( it was difficult to chisel away ice),plus one was broken the green pool for the whole week was not inviting to jump in. It was extremely hot in Phoenix so it understandable that the warm water was hard to maintain. Hoses were in/ out pool. The room- great tv, counters etc. but the AC was hard to control, it was either too cold or too hot. The walls are thin as I heard the neighbors alarm go off in the morning. Our lock didn’t work in 2nd day but staff handled it and fixed it immediately. The Laundry area was convenient so that help. The best part is the location and price was awesome! Our favorite places to eat nearby was the Asian/sushi place in lot. Salads and Go and Delfalcos Italian on Scottsdale rd plus Dukes bar is great and Trevor’s Liquior store is a unique place.

Staff was excellent. Pool was green and cloudy. Asked for fresh bath towels after being there for a few days but told they were out of clean bath towels and offered really scratch pool towels. Staff was very good but the property not so much.

We arrived at 1:30 told check-in wasn’t until 3:00. Said “Oh no rooms available right now?” The answer, “I didn’t say that, I have rooms but you have to pay to check in early.” It was obvious we had been on the road all day. We paid the $20. Went back and asked if there was an elevator- received a snarky response “That’s why I told you that your room is up those stairs. Room was basic and a little old. Lamps unplugged- had to pull out bed to find plug. Plug in bathroom not working- wouldn’t have been a big deal but few plugs in room. The punchline- asked to speak to the manager- apparently ANA- who checked us in was the manager. Will never be back!
