We went to lunch ran errands etc, never heard from them, went back at 4:00, room was cleaned but not inspected so they called someone. Waited another 50 minutes ...

Pool area was really only cleaned up once a day. Old towles piled up and any beverages that were deliverd/ left, sat around all day. The towles were not replaced during the day.
