「The property was in great condition. It appeared to be no more than a few years old when in fact it's probably 15-20 years old. I was told it was the newest hotel in Cortez. The double-queen room we stayed in was fantastic. None of that crusty carpet, it was hardwood. It was clean and the kitchen area near the door had larger countertops. 「This hotel has a very nice view and is a great choice for shooting or watching the stars. 「A very enjoyable stay in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very accommodating and willing to help with luggage to the second floor. A very clean and quaint place to stay. "Famburgers" was just up the street and we had delicious burgers and shakes! There is a kitchen available if needed and the shared bathrooms/ showers were very clean and easy to access.」
