「The property was in great condition. It appeared to be no more than a few years old when in fact it's probably 15-20 years old. I was told it was the newest hotel in Cortez. The double-queen room we stayed in was fantastic. None of that crusty carpet, it was hardwood. It was clean and the kitchen area near the door had larger countertops.
