"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT STAY HERE! I would give this resort 0 stars if I could. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The towels had holes in them, and the bed sheets and pillowcases smelled terrible. The odor throughout the room was so bad that it made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The final straw was when the front desk called a cab for us and provided the driver with the wrong ferry destination. As a result, we missed our ferry and lost  money in ferry costs, plus for the cab ride. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they refused to take any responsibility, even though their front desk arranged the transportation and gave the incorrect information. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to address a mistake that cost us both time and money made this one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I will be pursuing this matter further and would not recommend this resort to anyone."
