Capital Hotel asked that I submit an honest review in order to receive a prompt refund of my incidental fee, so here it is:
I have never received the check in instructions from Capital Hotel before 3pm and had to call the property while waiting 15 minutes in front of the door before receiving the instructions. Check in was everything but smooth.
Once inside, I was given the password of the wifi under FREE TRIAL! Well the wifi never worked.
I have sent several message to try and sort it out and again the communication was not great because I had yet to hear back from the property.
Since there was no internet, the smart tv was not so smart and therefore useless.
The bathtub was clogged. I started taking a shower and after 2 minutes I thought as was taking a bath.
There is nothing in the area, I tried to go for grocery shopping and the Walgreens was empty I had to get my groceries delivered.
The apartment is not so close to the city center: it’s about 5 miles from the City Hall.
Now on to the positive side, the apartment is spacious, and can have 4 person (although only one bed and a small sofa)
It’s convenient if you want to cook at home (although not so many cookware just a couple pans) there is a fridge, and a stove. No microwave.
There are also a washer and dryer in unit which is convenient.
