Price was reasonable, breakfast was better than expected, and room was clean. Parking was easy. My only complaint is that the mattress in our room was rather old and squeaky. Overall, it was a great stay!

The hotel is in transition so we were willing to cut them a little slack, but despite asking, we never got fresh towels or more coffee or the trash emptied in six days. Or the beds made. The room itself was adequate and we loved the soaps and shampoos.

Generally stay was good, and I give it a 4 star. When we checked in, they gave us a room which wasn’t cleaned. Ok, no problem mistakes happen, but we had to wait for quite a while to get the situation straightened out…..so I went to the bathroom…..This might not be the hotels fault, but people love to blow their nose in the sink, which I have no clue why, but they left copious snots shotgunned into the sink, all over…. The breakfast was ok, and quite adequate for the price we paid. The room was very clean and maintained well. Smelled good! I’ll chalk this up to a bad day.

Stayed for a week. Had no hot water the first half of the stay. I had to get someone in to fix the toilet. Only had our room tidied up 1 time even though I had asked for more. I picked this hotel for the 4 star rating and was disappointed in my experience.

I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests.

Hotel is very clean, we like it. But the staff service was awful. When We got there is no one in the front desk. I waited about 6-8 minutes a young man came out from associate room. He looks unhappy at all. No greeting, only asked my name and credit card, then give me the room key. That's it. He didn't tell us any hotel information likes how to get to my room, what time is breakfast, what is wifi password. It was nice location, clean hotel, but too sad the staff service was bad.

Got there at a good time to check in. Just was given keys and that's it. No info on wifi breakfast check out etc. Found out all of this info in the morning when breakfast was almost over hahaha. Went based on reviews; one and done.
