When I arrived at 545ish, the room was not ready. Check-in was at 3p, so I didn’t anticipate needing to wait for a room after a long hospital shift. Despite the short wait, the desk clerk was pleasant and kind. This morning however, the desk clerk was curt and distracted. At 8a the coffee was empty, so I notified him and he said he isn’t making any more. I overheard him tell another person that they were low on supplies. I opted to pack up and check out at this time. I had called prior to my stay to confirm coffee would be available and was told 6:30a-9:30a as well as pre-packaged breakfast items. Lastly, (more of an FYI) the faucet in the bathroom is not attached.

This place was filthy. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t flushed when we checked into our room. I had to disinfect the toilet seat myself. I would not recommend.

Don’t go to that hotel this is a BS hotel. I went there on October 6-2023 I waited 2 hours to get a clean room. And the manager and other staff members were fighting. The place smells. And they have a lot of junkies. They don’t organize. I supposed to check in at 3 pm I went to the place at 6 PM my room wasn’t ready. They give me room 407 went inside dirty. I talk to them they have changed it for room 406 still the same thing. Wait about 2 hours to get a room to rest. Please don’t go there. And expedia u need to take that place out of your App.

The smell of the room was musky/smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The breakfast was advertised as having fruits, muffins, etc. they only had a few optionals granola bars. Hardly a breakfast for children.

Stay was terrible. No working elevator. My room was 316. Have medical issues which made it difficult to talk up and down stairs with my 3-year old daughter. There was an Oder in room. No real breakfast. No water or juice for children. No coffee in room.

The location is convenient. A mall is close to the hotel. Elevator is out of service and the room doesn’t have a hair dryer. Front staff is not friendly.
