「No heater in the room. Too cold to sleep at night. The breakfast sucks. A lot of noice of the nearby construction. 」

「Nice hotel in good location. Walking distances to most of the places. Convenient to bus metro supermarket bike rental and many good restaurants. 40 mins from the airport, nice a quiet neighborhood, just off the main road to avoid all the noises and lights. Stayed there twice and will definitely do it again. Staff are super nice and helpful, 5 stars for the services.」

「Great location!」

「The hotel is very clean and location is very convenient. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.」

「第一天入住，沒有提供原所預定的床型，第二天才給換大床，但換至低樓層，噪音非常多，隔音效果非常不好，造成晚上無法睡好!」

And in some reason we had to change our travel schedule and had informed the hotel 24 hours before, but the hotel still charge us an additional night when we check out, that is kind of against the rules of reservation on Internet.」

Although the hosts did respond and resolved most of the issues, the...

「I enjoyed my stay at this property! The staff were very accommodating-I booked 1 night with Expedia and had another night booked with a tour group. I sent a message on Expedia letting them know I had 2 different reservations and asked if they could put me in the same room for both nights and they graciously accommodated me! I’d definitely stay here again.」

「Breakfast is so good 」

「We love the pool in roof top.」

「房間很新、很乾淨！服務人員都很親切！餐廳的餐點都很美味！」

「First time staying here! Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms, Larcomar shopping plaza is about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a Western Union for currency exchange. Miraflores is a very walkable city, so much to see. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming, housekeeping was great, and every in-room dining meal was absolutely delicious. I didn’t get a chance to try the hotel restaurant because I wanted to eat at the local restaurants and...
