「Staff are polite, friendly and ready to assist customers. The hotel is very clean. No long wait for elevators. Breakfast is decent and up to standard. The hotel is directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, so shopping and dining is very easy and accessible. You can also visit the Sunway Lagoon theme park via the shopping mall. I have no complaints at all. I give it a 10 out of 10 .」

I tripped and fell on the street, got bloodied all over my hand. I was able to clean up my wounds and the front desk lady provided me band-aid to patch up my wounds!
