Amazing hotel near Sirmione

Simply amazing hotel. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony as well as a sauna in the room. Great bars and restaurants, close to everything. An amazing place!

Wonderful boutique hotel, beautiful unique rooms. We had one of the loft rooms on the 3rd floor. It was very nice with views of the water and the front gardens. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. On check in he walked us all the way to our underground parking spot, then back up to the hotel and took our bags in for us. Great location for walking to the shops and restaurants along the river.

This was our last property that we stayed in so we have a real benchmark of other similar properties this last ten days. The property itself is stunning, the rooms are beautiful and extremely well presented. The team maintain an extremely high standard of cleanliness in both the bedrooms and common areas. Our room was stunning, it was a bit of a treat and we booked a junior suite. It had a bedroom, lounge and bathroom area with jacuzzi bath as well as a separate shower area which was great. There were a couple of very minor downside; the communication was poor and it was slightly difficult to find..... All other other properties sent across welcome messages, requests for pre checking information and city tax requests. All came with great directions and one even sent a video of how to get to their property. We didn't get one message from the property prior to arrival. We wrote to Pavillion 3 times on the app asking if we could drop bags early but didn't have one response. As it turns out we turned up early and our room was ready and we were allowed to check in early. Google maps misdirects you and we walked up and down trying to find it a few times, perhaps better signposting for reception would have helped.. These are only minor irritations rather than huge grumbles and areas of minor improvement that would make the experience exceptional rather than very very good. Would I stay again, most definitely yes, it was a wonderful place to rest for a few nights.

An almost perfect stay at Pavillon. There is a lot to love about this hotel. We were in a ‘penthouse’ canal view room. The whole building is beautiful, the room is massive. Location is excellent. 5 min walk to the ferry that connects you to the rest of Lake Garda, 15 min walk to the train station for day trips to Verona, Milan, Venice. 20 min taxi to Verona airport. Peschiera itself is also beautiful. Breakfast was great. We ate whilst looking over the canal. Maria and Nicole were both amazing, helping us with the menu and letting us try out our broken Italian! The food is good - there is more variation than first appears on the menu, as you can tailor things. But I said ‘almost’ perfect, so the less perfect: The ‘canal view’. You will only get the view while standing because of how the balcony works. You can’t sit on the balcony with a view, nor while in the Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi itself. The touch screen panel is on the side and is covered in water as soon as you get into the jacuzzi, making it hard to use. The lights in the room. Takes a while to work out the controls! The service - the people are amazing. But often difficult to find someone on reception, as staff are shared between the restaurant and hotel. But, overall, would stay again. Maria and Nicole definitely the stars of the hotel, and the peaceful breakfasts overlooking the canal were a highlight of our trip.
