Pulizie da richiedere. Non normale in un hotel dove si prenota una suite. Niente di tutto quello che veniva descritto. Niente pantofole,niente accappatoi,niente regalo di benvenuto. E richiesti i soldi per un caffè preso alle 10 del mattino pur non avendo usufruito della colazione a causa dell’orario.

Wir hatten hier nur 1 Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp, können das Hotel aber auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen. Obwohl wir außerhalb der normalen Check-In Zeit erst um 22.45 h angekommen sind, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben noch Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit für ein Abendessen bekommen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend und weit über dem, was sonst in Italien oft üblich ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Siamo stati in questo hotel per visitare Gardaland e i luoghi limitrofi, che dire sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto, sia dalla struttura e dalla pulizia nonché dal personale sempre cortese e disponibile, colazione ricca e variegata, e con una veranda luminosa ed accogliente. Noi avevamo la camera Suite, veramente spaziosa anche per 4 ospiti. Se ritornerò in quei meravigliosi posti tornerò sicuramente
