Best town/ hotel/ value in Italy

Lovely hotel and lovely staff too. Great selection for breakfast and pre-ordering croissants meant they can provide the best quality. Great location very close to the beautiful old town within a very short walk. Exceptional value for money. Would recommend this hotel/ location to anyone for any trip

Business trip near Lake Garda

Hotel was generally nice and had superb location. Staff was very helpful and friendly and was flexible when we wanted to leave a day earlier than planned. The room was very nice otherwise, but bathroom was shabby and not very clean. On the positive side, the shower had hot water and good water pressure. My bed was somewhat oneeven and leaning to other side. My colleagues didn't complain about that though. All of our group's rooms had balconies, which is very nice in beautiful mornings.

I stayed in the small room but it was fine. Super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was a couple minute walk to the old town. About a 15 minute walk or so to the train station. Breakfast was included and was excellent.

Disappointing return visit

Had previously stayed and really enjoyed it but unfortunately it has gone downhill. Reception staff very rude,didn't understand much English and ignored us at reception even when we were standing in front if them. Rooms were not cleaned very well and didn't get toiletries replaced all week. Carpets were dirty. Breakfast was basic but the staff were the most helpful. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

Sehr gute Lage. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit extra Kinderbesteck sowie Kindergeschirr. Schönes Dreibettzimmer mit schönem kleinen Balkon für zwei Personen. Das Badezimmer und die Duschkabine waren etwas eng. Sehr gute hoteleigene Parkmöglichkeiten (Parkhaus, Tiefgarage und Parkplatz) gegen Gebühr.

Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde immer top gereinigt. Allerdings waren aufgrund der Wetterlage viele kleine Tierchen über Nacht im Bad. Der Schrank roch etwas muffig. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und man hatte eine Klimaanlage zur Steuerung zur Verfügung. Der Blick vom 2. Stock war schön, da man hier den Gardasee bewundern konnte. Das Hotel ist wahnsinnig gut gelegen, da man gleich in der Stadt ist. Die Angestellten waren super lieb und absolut kinderfreundlich! Das Frühstück war auf einem hohen Niveau (gab sogar frisch gepressten Orangensaft).Die Garage ist für italienische Verhältnisse geräumig. Das Laden unseres E-Autos über das Hotel hat super geklappt. Auch der Strand war fußläufig zu erreichen, auch wenn man hier ein Stück gehen musste.

Wir waren hier für einen Kurztripp an den Gardasee. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Zentrum von Peschiera ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber, das Bad könnte etwas größer sein. Parkplätze gegenüber dem Hotel, jedoch kostenpflichtig. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut, frische Eier, frischer Orangensaft und Obst. Frühstücksaal eher funktionell eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
