「Staff were super friendly and helpful! We arrived at very early morning (at 5ish) due to taking the overnight bus from Puno. The staff let us sat in the lounge and provided us a blanket to keep us warm. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes."
