住宿感覺很好
地點距離長途巴士站很近，到各景點都很近，距離往Perugia機場的站走路不用五分鐘。距離火車站約25分鐘步行，如果有帶行李箱不建議從火車站步行，因為很多樓梯與上坡，步行時間會多一倍以上。 飯店人員很細心，英文溝通完全沒問題，服務親切，櫃台也有許多資訊。 整體而言比較老式的飯店，用品齊全而且乾淨，只是隔音可能不太好，外面聲音比較明顯。

Hébergement central et très facile pour se déplacer à pieds dans la ville de Perugia. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain est grande. En revanche la douche est petite et le bâtiment en lui-même nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.

Simples - curta estadia
Bem localizado, estacionamento próprio a 10 euros/d, sem café-da-manhã. Nos serviu bem para 1 pernoite, mas o padrão é bem abaixo dos outros que escolhemos para nossa viagem, seguindo mais ou menos os mesmos critérios apresentados pelo Hotels.com. Não possui elevador, por exemplo, o acabamento de lustres e janelas deixam a desejar… banheiro e cama são confortáveis.

Being at the top of the hill meant walking most places was down hill. Still some places to walk up mainly to the larger piazzia. Great dining around the hotel both for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful older state house with large open area overlooking Perugia. Would stay here again

Struttura posta esattamente nel centro di Perugia, dalla quale ci si può spostare comodamente a piedi, vista panoramica dalla terrazza in cui è possibile fare colazione, il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile!

Palazzo storico della seconda metà dell'ottocento. Sarebbe bellissimo se restaurato. Appena arrivati sembrava di entrare in un edificio abbandonato: pareti esterne scrostate, intonaco in parte assente, mattoni a vista, persiane che solo a guardarle sembrava si rompessero. Interno nello stesso "stile", poco luminoso. Camere piccolissime, porta in legno rovinatissima, abbiamo dovuto mettere il borsone sopra l'armadio perché non c'era altro posto dove appoggiarlo, L'armadio non aveva ripiani orizzontali ma solo appendini, quindi tutto è dovuto rimanere nel bagaglio (sopra l'armadio). Arredamento dozzinale, televisore microscopico (ma non ci sarebbe stato modo di metterne uno più grande), niente aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore così grande (troppo grande) che viste le dimensioni della stanza era sempre tra i piedi e dovevamo spostarlo ogni volta che ci muovevamo ed il letto che in realtà sono sue reti con sopra il materasso. Le uniche cose positive sono la posizione strategica alla base della scala mobile che porta in Corso Vannucci, la terrazza panoramica ed il bagno molto spazioso (ma che avrebbe bisogno di una risistemata). Da non tornarci.

Great location, clean and rustic. A must stay.
Everything you could hope for. Great gateway to dynamic Perugia. Friendly and helpful service - nice homeliness. Clean, quiet and great value. Value simple breaksfast and bar fridge.

The first room we were offered was awful. Very dingy and scruffy with no view. Was not happy. Asked for another room higher up. Got a room on Ist floor with lovely view. This room was nicer. Much happier and enjoyed the stay. Don’t book through Expedia, a mix-up meant we were charged an extra €80. Not happy about this.

The Iris is so close to the wonderful escalators to the underground ancient Etruscan city, and main Perugia Piazza. The hotel has been thoroughly modernized with lovely rooms that still have have beautiful painted ceilings and original large windows with shutters. Favorite hotel in Umbria!

Bellissima location( palazzo antico anche se un po' in decadenza) ,terrazza panoramica, stanza comoda con bell'affresco al soffitto. Personale gentile e accogliente. Possibilità di parcheggio con un minimo supplemento e estrema vicinanza alle scale mobili che portano direttamente in centro storico!

Lovely old world hotel
Lovely old world hotel. Bed very comfortable, also shower. There is no air conditioning for summer. We need a fan. Lovely garden view and it was nice to be woken up by the birds singing. Breakfast is very basic so we didn't have it. Very accessible to the old town just a few mins walk. Also alot of nice restaurants and cafes nearby

4 giorni a Perugia
Albergo adeguato al numero di stelle, camera ampia, pulizia ottima, arredamento funzionale, colazione semplice ma buona. Comodissimo il parcheggio e in 10 minuti in centro tramite le scale mobili nella Rocca Paolina. Personale gentilissimo, graditissima la bottiglia d'acqua offertaci al momento di partire. Unica pecca: avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione spicciola in camera.

Not easy to get into due to stairs and lack of streetside parking. Large rooms. Extra friendly staff. reduced amenities due to the pandemic, one assumes.

Altamente raccomandato.
Sono Stato molto bene in quest'hotel, rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero imbattibile. E' un hotel datato, ma le camere sono in ottime condizioni e molto pulite. Diversamente da quello che si vede di solito, è più datata la parte esterne che l'interno delle stanze. E poi è un hotel in un edificio con una storia molto interessante (leggere per credere). Posizione strategica, facile da trovare, munito di parcheggio. E Sopratutto, prezzi davvero onesti.

Estacionamento é cobrado à parte
Anúncio informava que tinha estacionamento incluso, ao chegar no local o recepcionista cobrou 10€ dizendo que não estava incluso. Escolhemos esse hotel justamente por conta do estacionamento. Quarto velho e com aparência suja. Banheiro reformado e bom.

An old building with high ceilings that are hand decorated. Convenient location but ensure that the taxi takes you to the rear entry carpark. Not disability friendly but full of character and atmosphere. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

Sencillamente sensacional!!!
Estar en Perugia es remitirse al medioevo y el hotel sigue esa característica.Vista preciosa de la ciudad y mi habitación hacia el exterior con árboles y flores.Habitación muy confortable al igual que el baño.El personal es muy cálido y dispuesto a ayudar .Excelente la atención Dessyuno muy completo que puede tomarse desde la terraza del hotel. Classical villa
Really old building (+100 years old villa) so don't expect the most modern of services. But certainly a nice charm, and has all the facilities you need in a town like Perugia.

駅から徒歩圏内、コスパ良しのホテル
駅から向かうと少し分かり難いところに入口があります。お店が立ち並んでいるところの二階がホテルなので、階段を上がってホテルに向かって下さい。初め分からなくて探してしまいました。が、入口が分かり難かったことを除けば、設備は古そうでしたが、駅から徒歩圏内でコスパ良しの快適なホテルでした。部屋は十分広く、シャワーやWifiなども問題なく使えます。
