Delightful and comfortable stay right outside Perugia. Breakfast is fantastic (owner bakes the tarts and charcuterie from grandpa). Absolutely recommend!

The hosts of the property make youfeel very welcome and explain everything well ...we did not speak italian and they spoke excellent English...kept in touch on the day of arrival and had even sorted a restaurant close by ...have to say food and atmosphere were great ...definitely recommend both.

Great B&B in a beautifully quiet tranquil setting

Great B&B in a lovely secluded, quiet and tranquill setting. We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean with modern bathroom. The breakfast always had lots of variety and options available. Just a short drive to Perugia with lots to see in the town, and a great base for day trips further afield, Todi and Spello were our favourite places, but so many other great places to visit nearby. Was lovely sitting in the garden swing chair with a beer in the evening. Really appreciated the washing facilities too as we were half way through a 2 week holiday. Highly recommended

Difficult to get to but great location once there. Access to central Perugia with free parking is good. Family very accommodating, great breakfast

Sentirei come a casa... C'era una volta il BB

Andare a Perugia e sentirsi a casa. Situato a solo 7 minuti di macchina offre un soggiorno unico. Immerso nella natura con vista sulla vallata. Camere non molto spaziose ma dotate di tutti i comfort... Frigo,TV,macchina per caffè a uso gratuito,aperitivo ma soprattutto un ottima colazione...come un tempo fatta in casa. Balconcino comodo e letti comodi. Unico neo si necessita di macchina per raggiungere il centro Consigliatissimo.

Ottima struttura e accoglienza!

Bella struttura e gentilissimi e simpaticissimi i proprietari, che ci hanno accolto con garbo, fornendoci tutte le informazioni (comprese mappa e guida turistica) su Perugia, il tutto nel pieno rispetto delle norme anticovid. La struttura stessa è provvista di detergente antibatterico ad ogni porta. Inoltre, all'accoglienza, il proprietario ha provveduto a disinfettare bagagli e oggetti personali, applicando ogni forma di prevenzione (inclusa la misurazione della temperatura). Colazione rivisitata per permettere di non creare disagi nella consumazione in sala comune o in camera (a propria discrezione).

Ottimo appoggio per visitare Perugia

La struttura e' molto gradevole ma la strada di accesso e' un po' impervia. La camera che abbiamo avuto pur piccolina era ben arredata e con un bagno spazioso, la vista sulla citta' di Perugia magnifica. Il gestore e' di una simpatia unica , molto gentilmente ci ha lasciato usare il frigo per lasciare degli acquisti alimentari, Ci ha mandato prima delle indicazioni molto precise per raggiungere il b&b. La colazione adeguata e' condivisa allo stesso tavolo con gli altri ospiti favorendo cosi' delle relazioni conviviali. Ottimo anche il ristorante consigliato. A poca distanza da Perugia comodo se si e' in macchina. Consigliato sicuramente

C’era Una Volta a great base to explore Perugia

Just amazing in every way. C’era Una Volta is a lovely villa in the mountains, and we were looked after by Naomi who recommended places to see and the best restaurants. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and homely. Countryside is stunning and Perugia one of the most beautifully stunning places we’ve ever seen. Highly recommended.

Sehr schön, aber schwierig zu finden.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir raten die vom Vermieter angegebenen Koordinaten ins GPS einzugeben! Wir hatten die Adresse eingegeben und gelangten über einen abenteuerlichen Waldweg zur Unterkunft.

Excellent Perugia B&B

This is an especially comfortable B&B. It is not well placed for walking into the city but the owner gives good advice on where to park, at least in the evening. The owners are very helpful and responsive.

"Once upon a time"

The owners were amazing. They love Perugia and shared this by helping us explore the area. We were only sorry we could not stay longer as a jazz festival was starting the day after we left.

In mezzo al bosco a due passi da Perugia

Ho trascorso con mia moglie, cinque giorni nel bellissimo b&b di Tiziana e Michele. Si tratta di una bella casa di campagna situata a pochi minuti da Perugia (in un quarto d'ora ci si trova tra i vicoli pittoreschi del centro storico) in posizione comunque strategica per visitare Assisi e tutti i magici borghi della zona. I padroni di casa si sono dimostrati gentili e sempre disponibili, prodighi di buoni consigli per visitare le bellezze turistiche della zona e le trattorie più caratteristiche. Camera ampia e confortevole con un terrazzo che offre una vista panoramica veramente "da favola". Colazione abbondante con brioche, biscotti e torte fatte in casa e la sera, prima di andare a dormire, possibilità di farsi una tisana calda.
