Very nice homely feel, plenty of room to enjoy the lounge and dinning facilities. Clean and quite environment. If you don't mind sharing this is a lovely way to to experience what WA has to offer. Close to city, shops and all public transport, clean home, friendly owner, safe area. Would recommend for couples or family accommodation. Overall it was excellent.

Shared common facilities is not what was described, so if you are willing to share a toilet and bathroom with other residents and put up with smell of food getting cooked around you, it is an OK place. This is not what we expected. Hence my comments

Felt a bit out of place and everything was RUSH. A burden for being late for breakfast. Found general Tv room by accident. But full warning is the house is not marked as the property I was looking for, and ended up asking neighbours for directions.

Centrally Located, Excellent Stay.

Centrally located south-of-river, close to freeway access. Owner Mark was very friendly and helpful. Excellent wi-fi. I never partake of breakfast, but what was served to others looked very appetising. My experience was 5-star ... I'd stay here again, no probs. Mike from Albany.

The owner is really kind and takes an interest in all guests. The place is clean and well appointed. It is very much like being in your own home. Parking can be a bit tight but the sort of people who would generally stay here would be flexible and accommodating.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. Mark was a total gentleman and proved such an addition to the B&B. Helped us getting to the hospital and with airport shuttles. Clean facilities and rooms. Lovely fresh cooked breakfasts. Great place to stay.
