"Bedroom badly needs updating. Window didn't close properly and was rotten. Reported flickering light in bathroom, was told would be passed on to maintenance but never seen to. At breakfast hot food was adequate but cold buffet was very poor"

"The room was very dated, the sound proofing in the old building was non existent - I heard thumping footsteps slamming doors , music from the bar and loud intimacy noises from one room which was really uncomfortable. I was on the top floor and the smell of fried food permeated all floors and my room all day , every day "

"1st stay at the dakota and to say it was absolutely amaizng.. friendly welcoming staff , amazing rooms , clean and kept to a very good standard.. taxi 25 mins to town for 30 pound each way i woukd say is brilliant also would defo recommend 👌. "
