Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). 「Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ.」

「Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.」

「Great location near coffee and wonderful restaurants (The Saint just one block away) and and beside a gorgeous little chapel. Easy walk to golf but without being in all the crowds. Also, extremely comfortable. Only suggestion is more instructional info for finding things, using laundry machine, and how to leave things at check out. 」

「Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. 」

「The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...
