「Reception aftrr 5pm closed. Had to register at restaurant. Not convenient at all. Room was cold upon arrival. Room very small. Room in disrepair with handle nobs missing from drawers, blinds broken. No hangers. Upon check out they wanted to charge for a breakfast that we did not have...」

「Great place for couples, 3 doors away from the Avon Theatre. The rooms were modernized, clean and comfortable. The only issue is parking, but there is a public lot about 1/2 a block away, and the "parking police" tend to be lenient.」
