「It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. Still an excellent place.」

「Stayed here for 2 nights to hike in Acadia. The room was very clean and spacious, they opened about a year ago and still smells new. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast at the restaurant was included, numerous choices, and all of it was amazing! Within walking distance for everywhere we went within Bar Harbor. Grocery store right across the street and Walgreens right down the street, parking included. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「We were so excited for breakfast and coffee every day! The chef, Crystal, kept us supplied with delicious treats at tea time. Our favorite was the olive, cheese, & sun dried tomato bread. (But the cinnamon muffins were a close second). The room was clean and quiet and the bed was so cozy. Thank you to Hearthside for providing us a beautiful and peaceful honeymoon stay! 」
