"Wonderful stay front desk friendly beautiful hotel room was clean and beautiful with a great view. Breakfast was included delivered to our room."

"Check-in was easy. The staff was very personable and friendly. Breakfast was good. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24 hour nice plus. Downside is the outdated property. Needs an upgrade. The furniture in the room and lobby is old. The bed frame was on two twin beds with the king mattress on top. I wouldnt have notice how the covering not be hanging on the floor and not position properly. Ottoman was old and chair in room stained. Unfortunately, I won't stay there again. "

"Room was clean but furniture, color scheme, blinds, etc are outdated. Pull out sofa was NOT comfy at all. Bed was very firm and lumpy. Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Food was amazing. Just gotta take care of the carpenter bee problem but once the sun goes down the bees go away and it’s enjoyable outside again. Staff was super friendly. Lovely to chat with. Super friendly to my kiddo."

"The room was clean they can do better on cleaning the tubs you can see some stains. Other that that the entire stay was peaty good. Make sure you bring your own water just go down the street purchase otherwise a bottle of water at the hotel you'll pay $4"

"Very comfortable room, Excellent bed, bath and overall space. Breakfast was terrific, 24-hour coffee and tea. Desk staff was friendly but maintenance staff not so much. Pool was out of order. Coffee was good, but not outstanding. I would choose the same room again, room 822. It was awesome. No problems, but about 4 stars --- which is still good! "

"Not a great stay overall. Hot water was weak and then ran out after two (of our 4 needed) showers. One of the beds was sloped towards the middle. Decor was a little tired, carpet had some stains. Other than that, bedding was clean and staff were nice."
