"Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"This property is a perfect bolt hole for anyone looking to explore the south west tip of Cornwall. It’s just 20 or so minutes from the train and main bus station. The house is well equipped with leaving you everything you’d need for a trip away. The kitchen has all the tools you could want and there’s even two sitting rooms with TV’s in them. The three bedrooms all have double beds. We did have an issue but the owner was very proactive and sorted it without fuss. Often you don’t know how well...

Mount View Hotel B&B

8/10 Good
"Great local character- clearly a well loved neighborhood place with congenial, family favoured pub! Terrific (large and tasty traditional) breakfast included. One drawback was much softer bed than I am used to. There is a shared bathroom that worked fine for me but might dissuade some. The location between Penzance and Marazion provides easy bus and walking access to both places. (Note that the morning bus is longer than usual due to its routing past local schools.) Access to the beach is more limited than its location would suggest due to the rail line. Overall, a well-priced and comfortable hotel."
