「I thought the property was fantastic and a great location,the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back,just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out」

「Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. 「There was no blind on the bedroom window so had to get up at 5am to make up the sofa bed as couldn’t sleep in the bedroom Rooms were very nice and comfortable」

「Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.」
