「The hotel is lovely and wrapped in beautiful surroundings. What can't be said about the staff. All of them were polite, friendly and welcoming. The spa was beautiful. Breakfast was incredible. The rooms are clean. spacious and comfortable. 1 Minor downside The television in the room are quite small. Could be a little bigger. 」

「We stayed for one night while visiting Wales. The check in experience was fine and staff friendly. The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable. Restaurant looked really nice which I guess is the reason why almost all the photos are of the restaurant. English breakfast tasted good! Thank you.」

「Me and my boyfriend wanted nights away! Had a really nice stay and made us feel very welcome! Had food on the second night at the restaurant and really enjoy the food and drinks! Breckfast the next day was lovely and really enjoyed it too start off our day! Will defo stay again xx 」

When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. This was no problem, we were very quickly moved to an en-suite. Both rooms, en-suite and standard, were very clean, tidy, modern and comfortable.
