「服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。早餐多士嚴重燒焦。房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝，非常嘔心反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口任何人都可出入），根本冇窗，因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。」

「WHAT A FIND!!!! A real gem After being let down with our original booking, we found the Black Lion Hotel. It's set in a small, quiet village near the river. We had a superb evening meal, the pub was busy in both the bar and restaurant area all evening, which is always a good sign.... the food was superb, service was excellent The room we stayed in was quiet, clean, the bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfy. 「We had a wonderful stay at The Oasis on 25 June 25 to 27 June 25. Andrew, the owner, went above and beyond in his service. The Oasis does not have a lift but Andrew carried our luggage for three to the 3rd floor. Andrew also made our breakfast earlier than posted hours to accommodate our touring schedule. The full Welsh breakfast was delicious. Andrew recommended a restaurant for dinner that had excellent local food. The Oasis was very clean and well located. I recommend staying here to...

「A convenient location just outside of Llandudno, an upgraded venue with a small number of rooms, some with a sea view to the west. Although a pub as well, this did not distract from the atmosphere as a hotel. Offers a good menu with quality food.in what appeared to be a popular restaurant during our short stay. Lovely staff . 「First stay here, and we will definitely back. Gorgeous hotel, and we loved our room with a balcony, overlooking the Promenade. It was a perfect stay. Lovely clean, well equipped room. Never turned the TV on (who needs to, with that view), so cant comment on that. All the staff we encountered were all lovely. 5 stars 🌟 」
