"Check in clearly states 2pm, got there at 430pm and was told that the room was not ready. Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". "Excellent stay for a family! Suite was spacious, clean and the kitchenette (with clean plates, cutlery, glasses) was an added bonus. Breakfast was well-cooked and the counter well-maintained by cheerful, helpful staff. Pool seems a tad older or not as well maintained though but overall, a very easy, comfortable stay! 20ish minutes from Pensacola Beach and lots of easy amenities close by."
