「We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. 「Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. 「The hotel rooms and parking are excellent. The dining room staff and food were also excellent. However, the front desk staff were not consistent. While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!」

「Dejà en arrivant, on voyait que ça les dérangeait que la réservation ait été faite sur Hôtels.com. La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous leur avons montré la photo d’hôtels.com de notre réservation et ils nous ont dit que ça ne correspondait pas à notre réservation ! Nous avons eu une chambre au 1er avec vue à seulement quelques mètres sur le bâtiment d’en face et au dessus du parking alors que la photo de votre site montrait une vue sur les montagnes. Dommage car...
