"I stayed at Hotel Cleveland for a conference and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carl at the front desk, who helped me get a Hotel Cleveland pin—a thoughtful touch that made my stay more memorable. The lounge serves great drinks, and I really enjoyed the hotel’s historic charm. Being able to walk indoors to JACK Casino was convenient, too. A lovely place to stay!"
