"It was a decent place and the staff was nice. Everything was clean and breakfast good. Pillows were comfy but the beds were not. I felt all the springs in my queen size. My son used the pull out sofa bed the first night and requested a roll away for the second night. The roll away was better but not great. The housekeepers who set up the bed were super nice and genuiney friendly."

"The room was clean. The couch was too low for me to easily get up from. They did bring a chair that I could sit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options offered little for gluten and dairy free. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was small and hard to move about in it. The bed was comfortable. It's very close to the Ark Encounter, which was great."

"This place was clean and comfortable. Great location for the Ark Encounter. The only thing I would say is that you do have to pay for parking separately. It’s still cheaper than paying for parking at the Ark Encounter and definitely walkable, just would have thought that would be added into the room charge."

"The hotel was very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the 24 hour coffee in the lobby! The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. We were pleased our little dog was welcome and happy there was plenty of grass for her to explore! The only thing we would recommend is that the pillows were small and too squishy. I asked at the front desk if they had any other pillows, but they do not. She did offer to give us more pillows which was a nice gesture. We would highly recommend staying here!"
