「amazing staff clean rooms perfect place to stay」

「The hotel is just a mile or two off the Interstate. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was pleasant and kind. The room was clean, quaint and comfortable but not much room with the two queen beds. TV in the room is fairly small. Breakfast was standard hotel food. When we checked out, I did share a minor concern with the gentleman and the front desk. He immediately became defensive. I was taken back by his defensiveness and immediately left.」

「Desk clerk was AWESOME!!!!! Room was ok for a one night stay. I have no problem with dogs, I'm an animal lover, but I couldn't get past the wet dog smell in my room. 」

「Placed in a room by the hotel equipment. Constant roar and pulsating noise. Asked to be moved or refunded and was denied. Left at 4:30am to escape the noise. Have stayed in Hampton and hiltons often. No more.」

「Lounge and restaurant were closed. Didn’t show this on Expedia while booking. General property was fine. Room definitely needed some TLC. Carpet stained in several places, bathroom had some mold on shower ceiling, wallpaper peeling, shower squealed even when we tried to adjust it. Area around door beat up. A little paint would go a long way.」

「Our room had someone else’s items in the fridge & we didn’t not have a shower curtain. When we called the front desk to let him know we did not have one, we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves.」

「You get what you pay for, a cheap room. Nothing fancy. No fridge/microwave, ours didn’t even have a smoke detector with a battery. The staff was helpful, smooth check in/out.」
