We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. "Overall good experience. Serious issues with availability of hot water. One can consider that it was not available. Heard others complaining too. You may consider it was not available during my two nights stay. One does not expect this when you are being charged 8400/-for a room."

"-Swimming pool is poorly maintained. My kid got hurt with something very sharp inside swimming pool. Water was very dirty. - Person who is incharge of Safari, was charging too much higher charges than government approved rates over there. "Well received on arrival. Very warm personalised touch by service staff. Excellent grooming by there GM. Food was good. Always ready to serve as per your choice. Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him. E cart named tuk-tuk was ever ready to transport guest any where in this huge property.
