"-Swimming pool is poorly maintained. My kid got hurt with something very sharp inside swimming pool. Water was very dirty.
- Person who is incharge of Safari, was charging too much higher charges than government approved rates over there. We ask him to cancel our tickets once we get to know that rates are higher. He asked for 3000 rupees towards the cancellation charges. We asked for cancelled tickets then he showed us the tickets booked with someone else name written over it. Do not believe...

Food was good. Always ready to serve as per your choice. Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him.
