「The room and facilities were clean and well-kept since this is a newer building. Check-in took over 15 minutes since there was only one staff member at the front desk and she was on the phone for an extended period of time. There were only two bath towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable for us.」

They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). 「My room was very clean and spacious. I asked for a room downstairs so I would not have to use the stairs I guess there was nothing available. Bed was adequate a little too hard mattress」

「The manager double booked our room with a couple that had came in right before us, and when she gave us the new key. Wrote the wrong room number down so we had to figure it out on our own. The complementary breakfast wasn’t available nor even brought up but we were charged for it」

「I would have given it an excellent review however we were not told the pool amenity was not allowed to be used due to inspection not completed. One of the biggest reason it was chosen was for the pool. My children were very upset. I was too. I think we should not have been charged for this amenity or should have received a discount. Or we should have been told up front before we booked room.」

「Breakfast was a few bananas, yogurt, a handful of Cheerios, and a really bad concentrated oj. We were charged because they have a pool(it wasn’t open) I had to find a dollar general and buy things for the kids to do and spent even more on food. Worst experience at this property. We won’t be back. 」
